The users at Riverside Active Lives Network do a wide range of activities in which the users are encouraged to set up and do themselves or with support from staff or other users.
The activities we offer are jewellery making, pottery, painting, card making, needle work, bingo, quiz, chair based exercise, boccia, pool and the Riverside Rockers music group. Click here to see finished work.
The users have access to computers which are connected to the internet. The users can use the computers to write letters, check email, do shopping, watch videos or find out information.
We have users that are winning to help other users that are new to computers or need help with any computing problems.

We can ask speakers to come and give talks on topics of interest. Also users can just come and socialize.

We do have access court yard garden which users can sit in to relax or help with gardening activities. We now do golf in front of the centre.

Activities done away from the centre are sailing from 01st April to 31st October, swimming and gym.
The users do plan trips out to the seaside, pub lunches and any other places of interest.
On Mondays some of the members meet up and go bowling. Also members meet up on Thursdays to do anything they think of.

We now arrange supported holidays for members. Also members go on their own supported holidays, so other members can ask them for details.
